Have they done similar work?
Ask for examples of projects of a comparable size and type. You can see some of ours on our recent projects page.
What exactly does the quote include?
Check the scope line by line: which services, which stages of work, and what is excluded. A clear quote avoids surprises later.
Can they handle the whole package?
If you need gas, heating, water and drainage, ask whether one team can deliver them together, which can simplify coordination on site.
Do they have the right site credentials?
Ask about site safety cards and access equipment training for the people who will be on your site.
