The information on this website, including our service descriptions, guides and blog articles, is general information about our services and the industry. It is not professional advice for your specific site, and it does not replace a survey or inspection by a Gas Safe registered engineer. We work to keep the website accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that every detail is complete or current.

3. Quotes and enquiries

• Submitting the quote form, calling or emailing us is a request for information or a quotation. It does not create a contract.
• Any quotation we provide will be in writing and will set out the scope of works, price and any assumptions. Prices shown or discussed before a written quotation are estimates only.
• Work only goes ahead once you have accepted our written quotation. The works themselves are covered by the terms included with that quotation.
• Some work may need a site survey before we can quote accurately.

4. Using the website

You may use the website for lawful purposes only. You must not:

• use the website in a way that breaks any law or regulation
• try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its server or any connected system
• introduce viruses, malware or any other harmful code
• send spam, false enquiries or unsolicited marketing through our forms
